To me, being a quarterback coach is about far more than developing a better football player—it's about developing a better leader.

The quarterback is the heartbeat of a football team. Every play begins with him, every teammate looks to him, and every moment of adversity tests his character before it tests his talent.
​
My responsibility is to prepare him for those moments by teaching discipline, accountability, confidence, and composure long before the ball is ever snapped.

A proven leader whose coaching philosophy has been shaped by both the football field and over a decade of military service. His experience serving in the U.S. Air Force taught him that effective leadership is built on discipline, accountability, integrity, and leading by example—principles that define every athlete he coaches.
With experience coaching quarterbacks at the youth, high school, college, national, and professional levels—including eight years with Elite 11, serving as Quarterbacks Coach for the USA Football Men's National Team, and participating in the NFL Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship—Coach Jack develops quarterbacks who think faster, communicate with confidence, and lead under pressure.
